Review of CRM solutions and strategies for leveraging your data enhance your communication strategy

Whether a spreadsheet with names and addresses or a sophisticated corporate CRM solution, almost all nonprofits have some mechanism to track their donors, volunteers and other stakeholders.

The seminar will provide a brief review of the existing CRM solutions. The review will provide a gauge to what application is best for your organization given the level of financial and staff time investment necessary for effective implementation.
